Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of Digno Consulting LLC's services.

Last updated: September 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of services

Digno Consulting LLC provides credit restoration support, financial education, and personalized financial guidance. Our services include reviewing credit reports, helping you understand potentially inaccurate or incomplete information, and guiding you through the dispute process when appropriate. The initial consultation is provided at no cost.

Service Agreement

Any paid service is governed by a separate written agreement that describes the specific services, fees, and terms applicable to your engagement. That agreement, together with these Terms, forms the complete understanding between you and Digno Consulting LLC. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement controls.

No guarantees of outcomes

Digno Consulting LLC does not guarantee, and no representative is authorized to promise:

  • An increase in your credit score;
  • The removal of any specific item from your credit report;
  • Approval for any loan, credit card, or financing;
  • Any particular financial outcome or timeline.

Accurate and timely negative information generally cannot be removed from your credit report simply because a consumer requests it. Only information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable may be eligible for dispute. Individual results vary.

Pricing and payment terms

The initial consultation is free. Pricing and applicable terms for any paid service are disclosed to you in writing before you agree to purchase. We do not charge hidden fees. You will not be billed for any paid service unless you have reviewed and agreed to the specific service agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a paid service in accordance with the terms set out in your specific service agreement and applicable law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable Florida requirements. Cancellation and refund terms, if any, will be clearly described in your service agreement before enrollment.

Consumer Disclosures

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, credit repair organizations may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about their services;
  • Charge or accept payment before the service is fully performed;
  • Advise you to make false statements about your credit history.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from each nationwide consumer reporting agency once every 12 months by requesting it at AnnualCreditReport.com or by calling 1-877-322-8228. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the consumer reporting agencies at no cost.

This information is a general summary of certain consumer rights and is not legal advice or a complete statement of your rights under federal or Florida law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to respond promptly to requests for information needed to provide the services. You are responsible for decisions you make based on any education or guidance we provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digno Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any failure to achieve a specific financial outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date.
